Narrative: I am a mother and grandmother of a daughter and grandson who have ADHD. so I can relate to what parents are going through with their children. I have taught Remedial Reading for the Title 1 program at the elementary level. I have also taught developmental reading at the junior High School level for the past 32 years as well as Social Studies where I was able to incorporate the reading skills I acquired during my years as a reading teacher. While I was teaching I attended law school and received my degree. Since then I have been practicing School Law and well as Disability Law. I also do advocacy work for special needs students students.
