Format for Search Results
Search results are returned based upon the search criteria specified and can be viewed in list form. Each line in the list represents a document contained within the database. Databases often contain more than one view (list of results) or more than one way of listing information. For example, one view may sort the documents by program name while another view sorts the documents by city or by state. This method provides the end user with several alternatives of grouping and sorting documents for display.
