MNIP Help Documents
Keyword Search via the Web
There are two ways to search via the web.
1) From the home page of a database, or from any list of documents returned in a browse view , click on the search link at the top of the page and a Search form will appear.
2) Enter your search terms. Select any other search options you desire, and click "Search".
Your results will appear as a list of links to records that matched your search terms.
3) If you'd like to perform multi-variable searches via the web, you must build your own search string on the search form. (see below)
How to combine search terms for better results:
- Use NOT to exclude documents
- Use AND to include documents that have all of your search terms
- To search for one term and, at the same time, exclude another term, use AND with NOT
- - for example: Autism AND NOT Camp
- Use OR to include documents that contain at least one of your search terms
