About the Physicians & Dentists Registry
The Physicians and Dentists Registry database contains over 500 records of doctors and dentists who specialize in treating people with a particular diagnosis. Each record contains general information about the provider, such as location and contact information, as well as more specific information such as certification, education, hospital affiliations and reimbursement programs accepted.

To each program or individual listed in this database, New England INDEX sends written requests for updated information a minimum of once a year. INDEX also updates records reactively, whenever program staff or database users notify us of incorrect, out-of-date, or otherwise suspect information.
