The Massachusetts Network of Information Providers for People with Disabilities (MNIP), coordinated by New England INDEX, is a collaborative effort of 131 nonprofit agencies in Massachusetts. Network members disseminate disability-specific information and make referrals to the public for free. Consumer contact with any of the members provides access to the expertise of the entire network.

Lutheran Community Services of Southern New England
LCSSNE in West Springfield provides refugee programs and services to people with disabilities. LCSSNE in West Springfield provides services that comprise reception and placement; case management; employment assistance including job and vocational training; ESL classes for refugees (also available to victims of trafficking as well as to Haitian and Cuban entrants). In addition to that, LCSSNE provides immigration services to all immigrants (help in filing our forms, public notary services, etc.). For the last six years, through a subcontract with Multicultural Community Services, LCSSNE has been providing family services to Russian-speaking people with disabilities who meet eligibility criteria of the Department of Mental Retardation.
